1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of Vorx. Vorx is an 18+ consent-first, privacy-conscious, BDSM/kink-aware community for adult profiles, Interests, Limits, content, and respectful connection.

By using Vorx, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Community Guidelines, the Content Policy, the Reporting Policy, and any app platform terms that apply to your use of the service.

If you do not agree, do not use Vorx.

2. Adult-only eligibility

Vorx is for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old and old enough to use adult social services under the laws that apply where you live.

Minors may not use, access, view, download, possess, or create an account on Vorx. Do not communicate with anyone you know or suspect is a minor. Do not pretend to be a minor. Do not upload, request, describe, or distribute content involving minors in any sexual, exploitative, abusive, or unsafe context.

Report suspected minor-safety concerns immediately. Vorx handles serious safety reports according to applicable law and safety procedures.

3. Account registration and security

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in information secure. Vorx allows discretion and pseudonymous presentation, but information you provide for account, age, safety, or support purposes must be truthful where requested.

You may not impersonate another person, create fraudulent accounts, evade bans, sell or transfer accounts, access accounts without permission, or interfere with the security of Vorx.

4. Nature of the service

Vorx provides account-based tools for adult community, profiles, Interests, Limits, Safe/Sensitive content labels, privacy settings, and connection. Vorx does not guarantee another user's identity, truthfulness, compatibility, conduct, intentions, or offline safety.

You are responsible for your online and offline interactions. Vorx is not an emergency service, background-check service, identity-verification service, pornography service, hookup-only app, random anonymous adult chat service, or commercial sex or kink-services marketplace.

5. User content and profile information

You are responsible for content and profile information you submit. You must have the rights and consent needed to upload, publish, send, or share any text, image, media, message, profile detail, or other material.

Profile labels are not consent. A shared Interest is not permission. A stated Limit must be respected. Do not pressure, test, mock, or negotiate against someone else's Limits.

Vorx may label, hide, blur, remove, restrict, preserve, or review content and account activity when needed for safety, moderation, legal compliance, platform integrity, or policy enforcement.

You grant Vorx the limited rights needed to host, display, process, moderate, protect, and operate content you submit through the service. This license exists only so Vorx can provide and protect the service.

6. Safe and Sensitive content

Safe and Sensitive are content visibility labels. They are separate from profile Interests and Limits.

Sensitive content is optional and controlled. Sensitive does not mean unmoderated, unrestricted, or allowed to violate Vorx policy. Vorx may restrict, disable, hide, blur, or remove Sensitive content by platform, region, safety need, review requirement, or law.

Legacy mature or explicit internal labels, if encountered, are treated as Sensitive for visibility and enforcement. Explicit is not a public content tier.

7. Public surfaces and media

Public and native-app surfaces follow stricter media rules. Public profile and public media content must not include nudity, sex acts, exposed genitals, sexualized body-part focus, minors, non-consensual imagery, commercial solicitation, payment handles in a sexual or kink context, illegal content, graphic violence, self-harm encouragement, hate symbols, weapons threats, or illegal drug promotion.

Uploaded public/profile images may be scanned, held for review, rejected, removed, or escalated before they appear publicly. Pending, rejected, removed, or escalated media may be hidden from public viewers.

Do not assume private content cannot be captured, copied, or shared by another person. Share carefully.

8. Prohibited content and conduct

You may not use Vorx for:

  1. Minors, child sexual abuse material, child sexual exploitation or abuse, child endangerment, or sexualized age-coded content.
  2. Non-consensual intimate imagery, threats to share intimate content, revenge porn, sextortion, coercion, blackmail, or extortion.
  3. Harassment, bullying, threats, stalking, doxxing, unauthorized location sharing, outing, or intimidation.
  4. Hate, discrimination, dehumanization, or attacks based on protected or vulnerable identity.
  5. Impersonation, scams, fraud, catfishing, spam, bots, scraping, automation abuse, or ban evasion.
  6. Commercial sexual or kink-service arrangements, escorting, sugar arrangements, pay-to-play, paid sessions, findom for payment, paid massage in a sexual context, or payment handles in sexual or kink solicitation.
  7. Trafficking, exploitation, or facilitation of illegal sexual conduct.
  8. Public pornography, sex acts, exposed genitals, or sexualized body-part focus.
  9. Illegal drugs, weapons threats, graphic violence, or encouragement of self-harm.
  10. Any activity that violates law, platform policy, or Vorx policy.

9. Consent and boundaries

Consent must be clear, informed, mutual, freely given, and reversible. Ask before sending Sensitive media or sexual/kink messages. Respect no, silence, lack of response, blocks, changed boundaries, and stated Limits.

Consent online does not create an offline obligation. Do not share someone's identity, messages, images, location, scenes, relationship context, or private details without permission.

10. Reporting, blocking, muting, and safety tools

Vorx provides reporting, blocking, muting, restriction, support, and account controls where available in the product. Reporting does not automatically block a user, and blocking does not replace reporting when you want Vorx to review a safety or policy concern.

Abuse of reporting, blocking, support, or enforcement systems is prohibited.

If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or appropriate crisis resources. Vorx support is not an emergency service.

11. Moderation and enforcement

Vorx may review, relabel, hide, blur, remove, restrict, warn, suspend, ban, preserve, or escalate content or account activity. Vorx may also consider off-platform behavior when it affects Vorx user safety, platform integrity, or policy compliance.

Vorx does not promise that every policy violation will be found immediately. Enforcement decisions may depend on available evidence, context, safety risk, legal obligations, and operational capacity.

Appeal and support routes may be available for certain account or content decisions.

12. Privacy and data

The Privacy Policy explains how Vorx describes data use, account controls, privacy choices, and support routes. Do not treat Vorx as anonymous. Pseudonymous presentation does not mean Vorx cannot process account, safety, content, report, device, or support information.

Sensitive profile, content, report, and moderation information may be processed to provide the service, enforce policies, protect users, comply with law, and maintain platform integrity.

Privacy questions can be sent to privacy@vorx.app.

13. Intellectual property

Vorx and its product names, logos, designs, software, and service elements are owned by Vorx or its licensors. You may not copy, misuse, reverse engineer, or exploit Vorx service elements except as allowed by law or written permission.

You keep rights you have in content you submit, subject to the limited license needed for Vorx to operate the service.

14. Third-party services and app stores

Vorx may rely on third-party services for authentication, hosting, analytics, safety, storage, payment, app distribution, and support. App stores and platform providers may apply their own terms, rules, and review requirements.

Vorx is not responsible for third-party services that it does not control.

15. Paid features

Vorx may offer paid features, subscriptions, trials, or purchases. Any paid feature terms, renewal rules, refund handling, and platform billing rules will be presented where those features are offered.

Do not use payments on Vorx for prohibited sexual or kink-service arrangements.

16. Disclaimers

Vorx is provided as available. Vorx does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, perfect moderation, user identity, compatibility, offline safety, or that every objectionable item will be detected before another user sees it.

Vorx does not provide medical, legal, therapeutic, law-enforcement, emergency, or background-check services.

17. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, Vorx is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, or harm caused by another user's conduct.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. In those places, these limits apply only to the extent allowed by law.

18. Governing law and dispute terms

The governing law, forum, and dispute procedures for Vorx will be determined by the legal entity operating Vorx, applicable consumer protections, and the laws that apply to the user and service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

19. Changes to these Terms

Vorx may update these Terms as the service evolves. If changes are material, Vorx may provide notice through the app, website, email, or another reasonable method. Continued use of Vorx after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
